Our Ideology Does it taste good?
We don't have any lifetime achievements in sushi making or sushi chefs with ten years of training, but we do have an incredible appreciation for the concept of sushi and its impact on culinary history. So if you're looking for an "authentic and traditional" sushi experience, we'll admit that it's hard to compete with the rest of the neighborhood. But if you want something a little more than just the norm—something that challenges the status quo yet still tastes amazing—you've come to the right place.
Our Rolls Old School vs New School
They say you can’t go wrong with the classics, so we still have those on our menu - tuna, salmon, and blue crab hand rolls, to name a few. But when you're tired of playing it safe and want to try something new, we'll hand you a hand roll stacked with A5 wagyu beef, fatty toro, Santa Barbara uni, and caviar. Whether conventional or avant-garde, there’s something everyone can enjoy – traditionalists and modernists alike.

Well, here's one for you: does sushi need sauce? It's something people have been talking about for decades (probably), but the answer is still unclear. At ROL, our answer is ______.
Honestly, eat your hand rolls however you like. But with that being said, you NEED to try our sauces. We proudly make our sauces in-house to subtly elevate the flavor of every bite you take. Choose from offerings that include Truffle Soy Sauce, Yuzu Kosho, Kizami Wasabi, and Goma Kabayaki.
Our Cocktails Mixed drinks about feelings
At ROL, we're proud to offer a wide selection of handcrafted cocktails that are just as delicious as our hand rolls; the word BAR is in our name, after all. We don't even want to start with how long it took to perfect our signature Sumo Diet cocktail made with rum, pineapple, dragonfruit, and coconut espuma. So give that one a try, then try the rest of our cocktails. And, of course, if you're not a cocktail person (no judgment), we also have beer, sake, and spirits as well.
