Our standard service package includes 1 hour for setup, a 2-hour service window (additional hours may be available at an extra cost), and 1 hour for cleanup. If you have specific timing requirements or wish to extend the service, please inform us, and we can explore available options.

Yes! Larger events may require additional chefs. Additional chef service charges may apply.

The package you choose determines the number of handrolls with your preferred proteins. It also includes a complimentary side dish, refreshing dragon fruit lemonade, and a selection of condiments: ROL Yuzu Kosho Sauce, Dashi Soy Sauce, Ginger, and Wasabi. Additionally, 2 hours of service is included in the package (additional hours may be available at an extra charge)

Unfortunately, these items are complimentary, and we cannot substitute them for additional hand rolls or lower the overall cost.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date, and cancellations within 3 days of the event will result in full payment. Changes to headcount or the menu must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event.

We will make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests. If there are limitations, we will communicate them to you in advance.

Our team takes charge of setting up the station. Guests can walk up to our hand roll station and request available protein options. All hand rolls will be made to order by our chefs.

We offer avocado and cucumber hand rolls in limited quantities, with additional charges that may apply.

We require a space measuring 10 feet by 10 feet.

Yes, we need a standard duplex outlet for our catering setup.

Our team can either leave the remaining ingredients for guests to create their own rolls or take them back with us, depending on the customer's preferences.
